Professional Information:
I've been a Registered Nurse for the past 26 years!!
I received my BSN from Viterbo University in 1985.  I worked as a Staff Nurse on the Medical Unit at St. Michael's Hospital for seven years, then transferred
  to the Intensive Care Unit.  While working full time in the ICU, I
   completed my MSN in Advanced Clinical Practice through UWEC
    (1999).  I worked as a Nurse Practitioner for a short time and then
    began teaching:  first as a Clinical Instructor for UWEC / Satellite
   Nursing Program in Marshfield and most recently / currently as
 Nursing Faculty at MSTC.  I also worked as a Nursing Supervisor and a Nurse Director at St. Michael 's Hospital over the past ten years.  Along with teaching, I continue to work as a Nursing Supervisor on a casual basis.

Personal Information:
I'm married and have two children.  My husband, Kent, works for Coca-Cola;
my daughter, Angela, is a LPN working in the Eau Claire area; and my son, Adam, is enrolled in the Horn Performance graduate program at Boston University.  It seems just yesterday that my children were playing T-Ball and going to dance class.  Now they are adults; working or going to school full-time.  Angela will also be getting married in May 2012!!  Wow!  A very different yet active / busy time!

We all enjoy boating and camping.  I also spend as much time as possible gardening, reading, enjoying music and doing crafts.
