About Me
I currently teach marketing, business and software classes on the Wisconsin Rapids Campus and Online. I have worked in marketing and business positions before coming to MSTC as an HR Generalist, Resource Center Librarian, and Advertising Account Executive.
Teaching Philosophy
Students learn best when challenged. I believe that learning should be as close to real life as we can make it within the confines of the educational boundaries, technology and competencies of the course. In these hard economic times, our local businesses also need expertise in many areas in order to make quality business decisions. I believe that creating real life opportunities for our students by partnering with local businesses is a win/win situation. Students are able to experience their profession in a safe learning environment. They then come to employers with the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform that job with the end result of them becoming productive citizens in our society.
