CASE TWO:

Bruce Jones graduated top of his class in college. He received a position at a top computer firm that creates graphics programs for movie production. He tests programs for bugs. He does his job well and has received good reviews.

Last month, he was diagnosed with a disease that will make him color blind within the next six months. He has told his boss and requested an accommodation. The company has refused claiming that color perception is essential to the job. They have informed Mr. Jones that he will have to look for work elsewhere.
