Employment Law Project

Two cases follow.  You are to pick a case and write a two to four page paper discussing your side of the case.  You will be assigned in class to represent either the plaintiff or defendant.  The paper will contain your arguments for your side and five rebuttal points.  I have included some links below to get you started on your research.  Remember to cite your sources.

You will graded as follows:

    80 points for content, research and completeness

    20 points for professional appearance of the paper

You should read the other case as well as we will be discussing these cases in class.  Remember, if you volunteer to argue you get 25 extra credit points!
