About Me
Hi, my name is Kelly Altmann and I have been teaching at Mid-State Technical College since 1989. My main focus of responsiblities is the program director and lead instructor for the Surgical Technologist and Central Service Technician programs.
I graduated from Mercy Medical Center, School of Nursing in Oshkosh Wisconsin, as a Registered Nurse and completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Viterbo College in LaCrosse Wisconsin.
