Human Resources (102-136)

Course Description

This course will review the basic components of the Human Resource function, including an overview of the business environment, and relevant legislation. Students will also develop a job description using job analysis techniques, plan workforce requirements and design a recruitment and selection process for a position. In addition, training, performance appraisal and compensation systems will be reviewed.
