AITP Student Chapter Informal Rummage Sale Meeting

In Attendance were:

Joe Roppe, Juli Swenson, Helen Davis, Brenda Davis, Linda Ashmore, and Sheri Wallerman

Rummage Sale

Signs were made with the following information:

MSTC Rummage Sale

October 21-22, 2005

9 am – 4 pm

Enter Entrance 5

Sherri has two money boxes that she will bring; Juli has two pencil boxes that she will bring (Rummage Sale, Silent Auction, Quilt, Food).

Prices for “Silent Auction” tickets are:

1 ticket for $1.00

8 tickets for $5.00

18 tickets for $10.00

28 tickets for $15.00

Prices for food will be:

BBQ Plate (BBQ, pickle, chips, and soda): $2.50

Just BBQ: $1.50

Coffee: $.25

Donut: $.25

Soda $.50

Helen will bring a trailer on Thursday, October 20, 2005 and will pick up the washer and dryer that has been donated at 4:00 p.m., if Sherri lets the System Design class help.

Other items that have been donated for the rummage sale include:

Cups and mugs; a three speed three wheeled bike (Schwinn); ice skates; TV; fax machine; shredder; telephones; books; and some adult clothing.

Brenda has several items for the silent auction and will arrange them in baskets on Thursday.
